Stewartstown and  District Local History Society

On 10 June 2013 Members of the Society enjoyed a guided tour of the newly-opened Ranfurly House and Hill of the O'Neill visitor centre in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone.  Mrs Angela O'Connor, the centre's guide, showed the guests the fascinating artefacts and exhibits on display, and explained the significance of the historic siite in Irish and European history. Everyone agreed that the new facility was a real asset to the district and an invaluable help in exploring its past..
